Frustrated by Your Senior Living or Home Care Facebook Reach?
You are not alone.
Every business owner has witnessed a significant decline in their reach since the fall of 2013 when Facebook first started rolling out changes. That includes our senior living and home care colleagues.
The tough part is… you still have to stick with it. Residents, seniors, families and prospective families love being able to go to your Facebook pages for an inside look at what really happens around there.
While we know you want to appear in the News Feed more often, just having a Facebook presence is important from a customer service and marketing perspective.
Facebook also gives you a platform for teasing your blog posts (you have a blog by now right?) and driving traffic back to the blog on your site.
And Facebook helps you connect and build relationships with like-minded community organizations.
