We’re picking up where we left off talking about senior living lead magnets last week. If you missed part one, jump back here and read it first.
In this week’s 10 Minute Content Marketing tip we finish up by talking about the elements that make up a successful lead magnet strategy.
Here’s what you need to know…
Elements of a Senior Living Lead Magnet Campaign
The pathway you need to create to turn a website visitor in to a lead requires:
- Call-to-Action (CTA) that encourages a senior or their family member who visits your senior living website to give up their email address.
- Landing page which is the page the visitor “lands” after clicking on the CTA. This is where you will capture their name and email. If you are further along the sales process, you might even ask for a phone number and/or home address.
- Thank you/Confirmation page houses the guide, e-book, or other resource the senior or their caregiver will download as a thank-you for sharing some of their personal information.
- Kickback email is the follow-up email you send out a few days or weeks later. This is what sets you on the path for nurturing and (hopefully) converting the family lead.
Once you have a better understanding of the basic conversion pathway a senior living lead follows, it can help you create senior living lead magnets for each step of the family’s journey.
