It’s been a while again since we shared some of our favorite SEO resources hasn’t it? Time goes quickly around here.
We know from our analytics how popular our round-up articles are!
Having a trusted business partner cut to the chase and deliver relevant information makes it so much easier to stay on top of trends and changes.
(Of course, we hope the SCCS blog and website are at the top of your list of helpful resources for senior living content marketing and SEO!)
So, here are a few of our favorites search engine optimization resources right now…
SEO Resources We Like
- The ranking question: SEM Rush has great tools and resources. We utilize them every week, if not daily. This new guide, Google Ranking Factors, is a favorite. From backlinks to text relevance and domain authority score, you’ll find this guide to be a great read.
- Continuing education: Let’s face it. Most people in senior living marketing roles find SEO to be a crashing bore. It can be such a drag to try to get interested in, right? This resource from Search Engine Journal, Learn SEO: A Blueprint from Beginner to Advanced, is one you might find easier to read and follow.
- Website Grader: Are you a Hub Spot fan? Us, too! And this tool is one you may find useful. In just a matter of seconds, Website Grader will give your site an overall score. It will also rate your site in performance, security, SEO, and mobile. It’s free and worth a try!
- SEO Learning Center: This one from the experts at MOZ routinely makes it on our list of favorites. Topics in the MOZ SEO Learning Center range from analytics and reporting to local search, social media, keyword research, mobile, and more. And, it’s all free!
- Yoast SEO Blog: While some of the SEO experts we work with on behalf of clients chide us for liking the Yoast SEO Blog, we think it’s worth following. This is especially true for folks new to search engine optimization. We find their articles and tools to be less technical and easier to understand.
